If you don't know what to buy for someone and you need us to give you advice on what to buy, don't hesitate to come, we are waiting for you with a smile!

It will take 3-5 business days after the purchase has been made. This process includes fulfilling and packing the items to prepare them for shipment. Shipping time depends on your location and shipping method.

In most cases, all orders are processed within 3 Business days. During heavy peak promotions, it may take up to 5 Business days. This process includes fulfilling and packing the item(s) to get them ready for shipment.

Our policy is that if the product stops working or has a faukt within the first 30 days after purchase in the store or receipt of the package at home, we will exchange it or make a refound. 

If the product has any problem after of those 30 days, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The exchanges will be made if the object is in perfect condition and inside the packaging. You can come to the store and make the change or send it by mail, and once received here we will take between 2 and three business days to send you the other product.

Once you have placed an order for products, I will send you an order acknowledgement email with a detailed list of what you have on order. This is not an order confirmation or acceptance from Be Charmed. Orders are only deemed accepted by Be Charmed upon shipment to you.

Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card company has on file for you.
